I have no children, but if I had children, especially daughters they would most likely be kept prisoner in a high tower.  A tower for their own protection. That is the only way to ensure your child won’t be swept away by the sins of the world, isn’t it?

A parent’s fear came to reality when a father found out this his treasured little girl was having sex with her boyfriend. Both kids were under 15 years of age. It just so happens that the concerned father is also a policeman. The father/policeman was irate about finding out his young daughter was already having sex. So he took matters into his own hand, nabbed the young lad in question, put him in handcuffs and took him back to the young boy’s house, where, in front of the lad’s parents, he lectured the young boy about the fact that he could have been arrested for underage sex and the responsibilities that go along with having sex.

The boy’s parents were angry. Upset that the father took justice into his own hands, while wearing a uniform and scaring their son. My questions is: why didn’t the boy’s parents know that there son was having sex already? And if they knew, why hadn’t they given him the lecture of responsibility, disease and pregnancy?

I say good job to the policeman turned father. He is an active parent and is taking parenthood seriously. Seriously enough to get involved and bring some sense to a crazy situation. The parents of the boy need to be the ones scolded. How is it that the girl’s father knows about the sexual escapades and yet they do not? What kind of parents are they in the end if they are not aware of their underage child’s choices?

The policeman father should be commended. He did the right thing! He is a valuable father in our society and others should emulate his actions of responsibility.
