We have received your concern regarding the conditions in our Wal-Mart Store.

Because we care about our customers comfort we have now lowered the cool setpoints in all of our stores.

I have also created a work order for the RTU units that are not operating properly.

You must give Walmart kudos for replying in this fashion and taking the situation seriously. Now we need to check and see if stores are abiding by these same working conditions.
